Our standard pallet delivery is FREE to anywhere on the UK mainland (excluding highlands of Scotland).
There is a standard delivery charge of £7.50 for all parcel orders.
Pallet deliveries to addresses not on the UK mainland or in highlands of Scotland will incur delivery charges.

For those customers paying for their order by Paypal, you will not be charged the extra carriage charge on purchase. Our customer care team will contact you direct to collect any extra carriage charge required.
All stock orders received by 14.00 GMT will be despatched same day, and delivered to your door by our professional distribution partners.
Stock deliveries will arrive by parcel delivery, or if a larger bathroom order on a wooden pallet. All of our deliveries are by a signed courier service for added security and traceability.
Delivery time for pallet orders is 3-5 working days. When the delivery reaches your local depot, our courier will contact you direct via telephone to arrange the final delivery.
We would request that you be aware of the need to sign for the delivery, and that you arrange for someone to be there to receive your delivery, or if necessary have your
order delivered to your place of work. If the courier arrives and is unable to make the delivery due to nobody being at the address, regrettably we will have to charge a minimum £40 re-delivery fee.

It is strongly advised that you do not book any installation until you have received and checked your goods.
