The Luxury Nook Ltd website is provided for use subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using the Luxury Nook Ltd website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All purchases processed on this website will also be governed by these Terms and Conditions and will be between Luxury Nook Ltd and You.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the Luxury Nook Ltd website are in pounds sterling and are displayed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. If we have mistakenly displayed an incorrect price on the website we shall not be liable to supply said item to you at the incorrect price. The displayed price of the products does not include any delivery charge which will be calculated at the time of purchase if any delivery charge is applicable.

Stock Availability

We endeavour to show only stock which is available on the website but this should be used a guide only and is no guarantee that stock can be allocated for your order. We will advise customers of any shortages as soon as we are aware and will aim to rectify the situation as soon as is feasible.

Delivery

Our standard delivery is FREE to selected postcodes on the UK mainland.

Deliveries to addresses not on the UK mainland may incur extra delivery charges. If this occurs our Support Team will contact you direct to explain any extra delivery charges.

We endeavour to deliver most goods within 3-5 days. All delivery dates given are always provisional as goods are subject to availability and possible delivery delays which may be outside of our control. Once your delivery has been shipped you will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange the drop of your order.

It is strongly advised that you do not book any installation until you have received and checked your goods. We cannot be held liable for any plumber or tradesman costs you may incur

Cancellation and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice by post, email or fax, giving details of goods ordered and the delivery details.

All non faulty goods must be returned within 14 days, and will only be accepted if returned undamaged and with their original packaging. We remind the customer that they have a duty of care whilst the goods are in their possession and should be returned in good condition.

Orders cancelled or returned once goods have been dispatched from our distribution centre. Such cancellations or return of goods will result in a refund of the product, less cost incurred by us recovering the goods back to our distribution centre. The goods must be returned as new and in the original packaging.

We will refund money on goods within 30 days of cancellation as previously stated.

If, upon return,goods have been modified or have undergone any attempted installation, you may be responsible/liable for all costs of return or redelivered products that are not in the condition previously stated

Should you wish to return the goods yourself via a courier service, this is done at your own risk. You should always ensure that you obtain proof of postage or delivery.

Please inform our customer support team regarding the details of any goods you intend to return.

We are continually developing the Luxury Nook Ltd website to offer you the customer an unrivalled service. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the site will be available at all times. There may be scheduled and unscheduled downtime to handle maintenance and upgrades. If you find the site unavailable, we do apologise and ask that you return after a short period. To purchase the Special Needs products excluding VAT you must qualify as below.

Individuals : If you are chronically sick or disabled and the products are for your personal use. You do not need a Doctors letter or other such documentation. Full details can be found at HM Customs and Excise, Notice 701/7, Supplies to handicapped people.

Charities : Where the goods are made available by the charity to a disabled person for their personal or domestic use. Full details can be found at HM Customs and Excise, Notice 701/7, Supplies to charities.

Buying for someone else : If you are buying this product for or on behalf of someone who is chronically sick or disabled and the product(s) is for their personal use.

Non-eligible customers : If you are not eligible for VAT relief, we are obliged to charge you the full VAT on the whole of your order.
